My first European vacation is happening nearly one year after learning I am #ActuallyAutistic and im so grateful for this insight!

Without it, I wouldn’t have been as prepared for the long plan ride, and the anxiety I feel would be confusing. My Loop earplugs worked wonders, for about 13 hours of flying & waiting.

I feel organized and safe. Are at Botîn last night Going to the Prado today.

Administrator: I want my Windows computers to do this thing.

Microsoft: You can do that thing easily, just make sure that you have done this in your environment.

To do that, you need to do this first.
To do that, you need to do this first.
To do that, you need to do this first.

Crying yet? No? You need to this first, before you do the other stuff.

I've decided I don't want to go on a Titanic Sight Seeing sub. If condolences are in order I'll offer them. :( Listened to a sub expert who said "the sub is an experimental vehicle, not even made out of steel, but fiberglass. I'd never go on it." The report on NPR said that you walk into this adventure with eyes wide open, taking your life in your hands, death is mentioned 3 times on the first page of the disclaimer, in a list of ways you can die.

@Huntn00 I think that is exactly what Gould was addressing. I see the parallels between the blatantly self-serving folks in the past and the blatantly self-serving folks today… which is one of the reasons I reread Gould regularly and post about it when I do. I’ve actually seen some pretty smart people believing self-serving fantasies (my cardiologist who talked about trickle-down economics being a prime example).
