Not sure if it's related to the fact that I've been a lot more active (hiking up actual mountains, moving firewood for 1.5 hours, that sort of thing) or if it's the weather or if this #autoimmune disorder (probably #RheumatoidArthritis but possibly #PsoriaticArthritis the symptoms and treatments are almost identical) just is doing it's fucked up misery bullshit, but I'm in so much pain I honestly want to cry a lot of the time.

I like Mastodon, and I especially like the absence of a daily "main character" that everybody has to hate and mock (especially when that main character is a troll fishing for engagement). But it does lack the madcap energy that certain Twitter moments had, like when an Irish comedian inspired other women to start live-tweeting their periods to the then-prime minister.
