I've befriended a co-worker, L, who is one of those never satisfied with actual work. Yes, it's call center work. Yes, we get the occasional asshole. She got tired of that and moved the the Dispatcher department. Oh, the freedom! Oh, the time between calls!! So wonderful! Catmom, you should come here!! Well, that was the training period. Now she's got all the parts of the job at the same time. And it's miserable!! All the work!! All the calls!! Whine, whine, whine! She wants to quit. I told her that, essentially, I like my job. And good luck finding a job that doesn't suck in KY that pays well over minimum with PTO and benefits. She's a whiny idiot! Just venting.

@CivilityFan @Huntn00 @gwensnyder Interesting spin on the reasons for cutting appropriations and increasing tuition. I don’t disagree. I went to Utah St. Univ from 1969-72, then graduated in 1975. Then worked on MA at BYU 1976-78, and PhD at UoAz 1978-82. Didn’t finish either grad degree. Later went back to USU for MEd degree (2006). I’ve taken out no loans, but that would be impossible today. My kids made it thru on scholarships, so no loans.
