@anubis2814 There are climate deniers everywhere, even people who give lip service to climate initiatives might bulk when it actually hits their wallet. It seems like regardless of 4 decades of warnings, rank and file humans are unable to register the magnitude of the problem until they are specifically adversely effected by it. Then they will cry Boo Hoo! And everyone will pay as millions show up to live in smaller habitable areas. Capitalism will stress.

Months ago he went on some rants about how some climate protesters needed to be dealt with harshly for defacing art etc.

Well, now thousands are dying around the world, preventable deaths if people would have paid attention.
Those people were willing to put themselves to the hazard, go to jail, not hurt anyone, to try and save lives.

Now that I'm a parent, I'm suddenly realizing what huge feminist issue student loans are.
My loans are around 130k, which means I'm HEAVILY incentivized to stay out of the workforce to keep them in deferment. I don't even know that I'd bring home an income working, between childcare costs and loan payments.
In principle this should be a both-genders problem, but of course it ends up amplifying the pressure on women to stay home.

Getting to the Moon River Waterfalls is sometimes quite tricky depending on the water level. On this day we managed to boat to this spot on the river as beyond this point was too treacherous for the boat. The water levels were quite high and the falls were wild.
