My #WhitePrivilege allows me to say radical off the wall things like:
Can we degender dude and man?
I already use them that way, and I think it may solve a modern problem.
I went to write "craftsmanship", paused to consider if that was sexist, and realized that the "man" in "craftsmanship" is really short for "human".
We're all one, anyways.

Oh yeah, I call my 2 & 6 year old girls "DUDE!" because Bluey and Bingo's dad did that in one episode.
