Money doesn't matter to a person who can have other people pay for it. At minimum, register him as a sex offender and don't allow him near underage people.
@Mxhrad unfortunately, this is not a criminal conviction, just a civil award. As such, he cannot be registered as a sex offender.
Then he hasn't faced any consequences. He just paid $5 million for sex (or more like will have others pay it for him).
